常书杰：北京市房山城关羊头岗村人，出生于1948年，酷爱油画山水，作品曾得到（国画）林楷、（油画）张祖英老师亲临指导，現任：北京华夏邦交信息技术研究院邦交国礼书画院副院长、中国收藏家协会会员、北京市油画学会会员，多家藝術機構研究員、一級、高級美術師、理事、常務理事。
Chang Shujie: born in Yangtougang Village, Chengguan, Fangshan, Beijing in 1948, he has a passion for oil painting landscapes. His works have been personally guided by Lin Kai (traditional Chinese painting) and Zhang Zuying (oil painting). Currently, he is the Vice President of the Bangjiao Guoli Calligraphy and Painting Institute of Beijing Huaxia Bangjiao Information Technology Research Institute, a member of the China Collector Association, and a member of the Beijing Oil Painting Society. He is also a researcher, first-class, senior artist, director, and executive director of multiple art institutions.
1974年参加北京市房山县，宣传站革命领导小组美术学习班年画创作，一幅工笔年画《池塘》被房山县文化馆购买收藏。1995年10月15日，由中央美术学院教授、中国美术馆研究部主任、中国书画主编等发起中日友好活动，两幅山水油画，日本村上美术馆收藏。中國文聯等單位舉辦中國奥林匹克書畫藝術競賽，二十一世紀首届書畫精品大展獲銀獎。
In 1974, he participated in the New Year painting creation of the Revolutionary Leadership Group Art Study Class at the Propaganda Station in Fangshan County, Beijing. A meticulous New Year painting “Pond” was purchased and collected by the Fangshan County Cultural Museum. On October 15, 1995, a Sino Japanese friendship event was initiated by professors from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, director of the Research Department of the Chinese Art Museum, and editor in chief of Chinese calligraphy and painting. Two landscape oil paintings were collected by the Murakami Art Museum in Japan. The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and other organizations held the China Olympic Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition, and the first 21st century Fine Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition won a silver medal.
2002年多幅作品入選《中國寫生作品集》被評為優秀藝術家。2003年多幅入選北京盛世軒書畫研究院《中華書畫寶典》獲銀獎。

In the early 1980s, he always adhered to the company of the mountains, taking the responsibility of studying nature and using oil painting colors and Chinese brush techniques to create sketches from life. 2005年1月参加中华人民共和国文化部、中国美协、书协、中国美术馆、中国美术学院、北京画院、于中国军事博物馆举办的《中华书画名家作品十城市巡回展》。2005年5月18日参加中央人民广播电台经济之声，睌七点播出的《访一代大师常书杰》。10月作品入选中国书画收藏家协会编、文物出版社出版《华夏文博览胜–中国名家书画收藏》（第286页）。
In January 2005, he participated in the “Ten Cities Tour Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masterpieces” organized by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China, China Artists Association, Calligraphy Association, China Art Museum, China Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing Academy of Painting, and the China Military Museum. In August 2011, the oil painting “Ten Thousand Miles of Mountains and Rivers” was included in the compilation of “Internal References to Diplomatic Rites”.
