俞淑瞻，1934年生，浙江永康人，系中国农学会会员，农艺师、高级摄影师、中外名人文化研究会会员、中国书画收藏研究院高级院士国家一级艺术家、中国美协会员，现任宋庄国际书画院终身院长、中国改字艺术馆馆长、中国民族文化诗书画艺术委员会终身主席、中国国学书画协会会长等职
1955年从学校毕业分配农业局工作，1990年退休于浙江杭州富阳区农业局。先后获奖100多次，退休前40多次。曾多次获省、市科技进步奖、先进工作者等荣誉称号。退休后60多次，荣获国际级10次、国家级56次、特等奖11次、金奖28次，刊登诗书画书籍75次，其中有的发行至全国、全球。《国学儒源大典》发行134个国家。国家编印的《一带一路一国礼》发至俄罗斯、欧洲等国家“孝经”在十八大时指示，要以德治国、来实现共产主义，实现中国梦，由中国文联出版杜出版，发至全国青少年和大中小学“富春江晚霞”论文被评为行业理论思想“先驱人物”，荣获“毛泽东思想理论导师”的荣誉称号。2014年12月21-22日，参加“中韩书画名家联展”，结下中韩艺术文化之缘。2016年被中国传统艺术研究会评为“德艺双馨艺术大师”的荣誉称号。2017年2月被华夏出版社评为人品高洁、艺德离尚的金像奖“金奖”，中国数字艺术馆2017年10月主办的2016年度中国艺术荣获“金马奖”，此书的主编、封面人物。208年1月12-14日在李苦禅艺术馆，展出俞淑瞻个人大型书画展102幅，受到艺术界的好评。2018年1月18日中国国际书画艺术家联合会授予俞淑瞻同志“十九大文艺代表”荣誉称号。用书画艺术积极与沈鹏老师参与评击香港解乱爱国运动，曾获“爱国主义奖章”。在抗疫期间，听党的话，守在家，用艺术创作抗疫作品20幅出版在“翰墨大爱缘绸珍藏艺术抗疫”及各大媒体，武汉必胜!中国必胜!

I graduated from school in 1955 and was assigned to work in the Agricultural Bureau. In 1990, I retired from the Agricultural Bureau of Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Has won more than 100 awards and retired more than 40 times. He has won many honorary titles such as provincial and municipal science and technology progress awards and exemplary individual. After retirement, he has won international awards 10 times, national awards 56 times, special awards 11 times, and gold awards 28 times. He has published poetry, calligraphy, and painting books 75 times, some of which have been distributed nationwide and globally. The “Classic of the Source of Confucianism in Chinese Classics” has been published in 134 countries. The “the Belt and Road, One Country Rite” compiled and printed by the state was sent to Russia, Europe and other countries.
