孔繁培，1943年生，浙江平阳人。1963年7月参加工作。2003年7月退休，70多年来对书画从不离手，退休后，重拾童趣，同时参加中国书画函授大学和文化部文化管理中心举办的书法家资格鉴定培训均获得好成绩，参展赛作品均获得好评，获国内外大奖百余次，选编书籍数百种，在共和国60周年之际被评为“共和国文化艺术最高荣誉金奖”、“共和国杰出功勋美术家”、“首届世界民间艺术大师”之称号!
现为世界艺术家协会会员，世界教科文卫组织专家成员，首席艺术家，授予世界艺术大师，中国国礼艺术大师协会特邀委员，国家高级书法家。建国70大庆，被授予“艺坛翘楚”“中国顶级书画大师”，“中国书画艺术代表人物”，“国家一级美术师”，和“人民英雄功勋艺术家”。在中国共产党成立100周年荣誉表影大会中，被评选为“时代榜样，并光荣入选时代榜样3D云展馆厅。同时经世界文化艺术网向联合国救科文组织推举，获得世界艺术奖，并授予2021年度全球十大杰出风云人物和世界最具影响的艺术家”
2016年11月作为中美杰出华人艺术家其书法作品入选由美国集邮集团制作“中美建交37周年纪念邮册作为国家名片出版发行。2018年书法作品入选“墨缘巴黎–荣耀法国艺术殿堂”杰出华人艺术家孔繁培邮票纪今珍藏册。2021年书法作品《文以载道》入展北京地铁一号线《文化中国)主题巡展专列井荣誉荣誉证书。2022年以艺通心作为国礼，并授予丝纲之路文化使者。2023年，经中书协评审委员会全体会员投票，荣获“羲之书法终身成就奖”。

Kong Fanpei, born in 1943 in Pingyang, Zhejiang. I started working in July 1963. Retired in July 2003, he has never left his hands on calligraphy and painting for over 70 years. After retirement, he regained his childlike charm and achieved good results in the qualification appraisal training for calligraphers organized by the Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting and the Cultural Management Center of the Ministry of Culture. His works at the exhibition competition were highly praised, winning over a hundred domestic and foreign awards, and selecting hundreds of books. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Republic, he was awarded the “highest honor gold award for culture and art of the Republic” The title of “Outstanding Meritorious Artist of the Republic” and “First World Folk Art Master”!
I am currently a member of the World Artists Association, an expert member of the World Organization for Education, Science, Culture, and Health, and the Chief Artist. I have been awarded the title of World Artist Master, a specially invited member of the China National Rites Art Master Association, and a national senior calligrapher. On the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, he was awarded the titles of “Outstanding Artist”, “Top Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Master”, “Representative of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art”, “National First Class Artist”, and “People’s Heroic Meritorious Artist”. At the 100th Anniversary Honorary Film Festival of the CPC, he was elected as the “Model of the Times, and was honorably selected into the 3D Cloud Exhibition Hall of the Model of the Times. At the same time, he was elected to the UNESCO by the World Culture and Art Network, and won the World Art Award, and was awarded the 2021 World Top Ten Outstanding People and the World’s Most Influential Artists”
In November 2016, as an outstanding Chinese artist in China and the United States, his calligraphy works were selected for publication and distribution as a national business card in the “37th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States Commemorative Stamp Album” produced by the American Philatelic Group. In 2018, his calligraphy works were selected for publication in the “Ink Margin Paris – Honor French Art Hall” Outstanding Chinese Artist Kong Fanpei Stamp Collection. In 2021, the calligraphy work “Wen Yi Zai Dao” was exhibited on the Beijing Metro Line 1 “Cultural China” themed tour, and was awarded the “Xi Zhi Calligraphy Lifetime Achievement Award” by all members of the Chinese Calligraphy Association’s evaluation committee. In 2022, the calligraphy work “Yi Tong Xin” was selected as the national gift and awarded the Silk Road Cultural Envoy.
