黄凤榴,离休干部 ，高级职称， 中国人才研究会艺术家学部一级 国画委员，中国日史编诗书画会理事，台湾海峡两岸文化交流协会副 主席，香港杂志社永久艺术顾问兼学术委员，中国工艺美术会员，中国科学家协会会员，国际羲之书画院终身荣誉教授，国家一级美术师。喜爱艺术多门类 ，对中国画的传统笔墨与西画的光色有所了解， 逐步形成自己的风格，主张艺术的横向宽度，可以吸收其他画种的营养。
