王良虎，1950年11月生，男，字添翼，号凯风，祖籍安徽安庆。当代著名书法家，中国书法家协会顾问，享受国务院特殊津贴。书法大师王学仲教授的关门弟子。
中央美术学院书法系、中国美术学院书法系客座教授，俄罗斯国立艺术研究院名誉院长，瑞士皇家艺术学院终身院士，上海榜书研究院名誉院长，世界华人书画家收藏家协会名誉会长，央视CCTV高清晰综艺娱乐频道书画艺术顾问，教育部书法教材编委会副主任，中国文联艺术指导委员会顾问等。
中国教育电视台“水墨丹青杰出艺术人物奖”，中国书法家协会“优秀书法家”，中宣部“兰亭终身成就奖”，中央文史研究馆“最高人文社会科学奖”等奖目。
被中国文联、全国党校授予“50年党龄艺术楷模”，中南海国礼中心“特聘国礼艺术家”，“中国知识产权文化大使”，“国际中国公益事业大典形象大使”、2021年11月被央媒组委会授予“百城百家颂百年著名书法家”荣誉，2022年官方推荐《人民书画家》，2023年被外交部授予“中国外交艺术形象大使”，被国家文化和旅游部授予“国家文艺泰斗丰碑奖”等荣誉称号。2023年全球华人中秋联谊会上被授予“最具影响力人民艺术家”，同年全国非遗大会上被授予“十四五”中国非遗（书法）创新人物、全国第一批非遗创新人才”，“联合国非遗艺术传承大使”等荣誉，并为其工作室授牌“全国第一批非物质文化遗产传承基地”。
曾先后在法国、英国、美国、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、乌克兰、日本、韩国、泰国、匈牙利、新加坡等国家以及在全国政协大礼堂、北京荣宝斋美术馆等场所举办书法作品展，在世博园、北京徐悲鸿纪念馆等场所举办作品联展。
创作的草书系列与榜书糸列两项著作权获得国家版权局著作权保护。2021年以书法作品《中国梦》亮相首都机场、高铁站，恭贺全国人民新春吉祥。作品“中华腾飞”收录在东方圣城孔庙圣地。其多幅作品在纽约时代广场大屏幕上精彩播放。多幅作品曾多次搭载“神州”系列飞船上天。另有诸多作品被人民大会堂、军事博物馆、国家图书馆、外交部等机构以及国外首相、大使等名人收藏。

The “Outstanding Artist Award in Ink Painting” of China Education Television, the “Outstanding Calligrapher” of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, the “Lanting Lifetime Achievement Award” of the Central Propaganda Department, and the “Supreme Humanities and Social Sciences Award” of the Central Museum of Culture and History.
He was awarded the title of “Model Artist with 50 Years of Party Experience” by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the National Party School, “Specially Appointed Artist of National Rites” by the Zhongnanhai National Rites Center, “Ambassador of Chinese Intellectual Property Culture”, “Image Ambassador of the International China Public Welfare Ceremony”, and in November 2021, he was awarded the honor of “Famous Calligrapher of a Century” by the Central Media Organizing Committee. In 2022, he was officially recommended as “People’s Calligrapher and Painter”, In 2023, he was awarded the title of “Ambassador of Chinese Diplomatic Art Image” by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and was awarded honorary titles such as the “National Literary and Art Champion Monument Award” by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China. At the same year’s National Intangible Cultural Heritage Conference, he was awarded the titles of “Innovative Figure of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage (Calligraphy) during the 14th Five Year Plan period”, “National First Batch of Intangible Cultural Heritage Innovative Talents”, “United Nations Ambassador for Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Inheritance”, and his studio was awarded the title of “National First Batch of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Base”.
Calligraphy exhibitions have been held in countries such as France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Hungary, Singapore, as well as in venues such as the National Hall of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Rongbaozhai Art Museum in Beijing. Joint exhibitions have also been held in venues such as the World Expo Park and the Xu Beihong Memorial Museum in Beijing.
The two copyrights of the cursive book series and the list book series have been protected by the National Copyright Administration. In 2021, the calligraphy work “Chinese Dream” appeared at the Capital Airport and high-speed rail station, congratulating the Chinese people on the auspicious New Year. The work “China Soars Up” is included in the Holy City of Confucius Temple in the East. Many of his works were showcased on the big screen in Times Square, New York. Multiple works have been flown onto the “Shenzhou” series spacecraft multiple times. Many other works have been collected by institutions such as the Great Hall of the People, the Military Museum, the National Library, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as celebrities such as foreign prime ministers and ambassadors.
